Anything outside these routes is quoted on actual driving distance through the Northern Rivers Custom Route option in the booking form, so you still see the price before you commit. Book the return at the same time and the return leg is discounted by 10%.
What is a private transfer? One pre-booked journey in a vehicle used only by your party, from the address you give us to your destination, at a fare agreed before you travel. Nobody else is collected and there are no additional stops unless you ask for them.
Do you provide airport transfers? Yes, that is the majority of what we do, from Ballina Byron Gateway, Gold Coast and Brisbane airports. Flights are monitored and we meet you inside the terminal.
Can I book a return journey? Yes, in the same booking. The return leg is discounted by 10%, and the outbound stays at the standard fare.
Can you travel outside Byron Bay? Yes. We cover the Northern Rivers from the Tweed Coast down to Yamba, and connect north to the Gold Coast and Brisbane. The only rule is that one end of the journey sits in the Northern Rivers.
How is this different from chauffeur hire? A transfer is one trip between two points. Chauffeur hire keeps the same car and driver with you for a half or full day, waiting between stops.
