Are your transfers private or shared? Every Bay2Coast transfer is private: your party, your schedule, your vehicle. There are no shared pickups and no other passengers.
Which areas do you service? The Northern Rivers, including Byron Bay, Lennox Head and Ballina, with private transfers to and from Brisbane Airport, Gold Coast Airport and Ballina Byron Gateway Airport. For any other destination, request a custom quote through the booking form.
Do you provide child seats? Child seats are available on request. Please advise us when booking so everything is ready for your journey.
How do I book? Use the booking form to select your route, travel date and details. Online bookings are accepted up to 24 hours before pickup; phone bookings up to 2 hours prior, subject to driver availability.
What happens if my flight is delayed? We monitor all incoming flights. We typically wait up to 60 minutes from your scheduled pickup, or reschedule if availability allows.
What is your cancellation policy? Cancellations at least 48 hours before pickup receive a full refund less a $20 administration fee. Within 48 hours a 50% fee applies; within 2 hours, or a no-show, is charged at the full fare. Bookings can be amended up to 24 hours prior, subject to availability.
